For athlete's foot, apply one-time use only. Do not apply for more than 4 weeks unless otherwise directed by your dermatologist. If athlete's foot is severe or starts during the third trimester of pregnancy, consult your physician. For acne, the cream should be applied twice daily. If athlete's foot is persistent or gets severe, visit your doctor. Your dermatologist will advise you on the duration and intensity of use. Lamisil 250mg tablets are for oral use only. The tablets should be swallowed whole with a glass of water. For best results, the tablets should be used twice a day. Avoid contact with direct sunlight.
